Melitta Shepard has high paragon scores and wants to help people and do the right thing but when push comes to shove she will do what she believes needs to done for humanity, even if it means letting the crew of the Destiny Ascension die or turning over the collector base to Cerberus.

This Shepard is my "pragmatic" Shepard. Basically, she'll be kind to people up until it's prudent, but she doesn't believe in second chances or delays when dealing with the enemy. She's a realist who thinks you need to do whatever it takes to win, the greatest good for the greatest number of people.
Wherever possible I also took the middle conversation option.

Nathaly was a true mixed alignment Shepard and she finished the game with approximately 85% in both Paragon and Renegade scores (no editing of the file, just lots of paragon/renegade options selected on a 100% complete playthrough). Final count was 883 paragon points, 827 renegade points. Shepard has some visible face scarring but no red eyes, which was not healed, though the necessary upgrade is installed if there is a wish to alter this.
Literally every single available quest was completed for both ME1 and ME2 for this save file, except for ME1 DLC.
