-I downloaded a ME1 save named Jeffrey Shepard, it can be found on Paragon/romanced "no one" page of this site.
-VS is Kaidan
-Wrex was spared
-Garrus was recruited
-Rachni Queen was spared

ME2 Quests:
-Did all quests, N7 missions, all paragon decisions.
-N7: Lost Operative Quest: sent data to Alliance.
-I remember being nice to Conrad Verner, he should be alive.
Recruitment/Loyalty/DLC:
All DLC were downloaded, Kasumi, Zaeed, LotSB, Operation Overlord, Arrival, and the firewalker missions, and the Normandy crash site. You name it. I have all DLC armor and weapons. It was finished on Veteran difficulty, so I don't have the Geth Rifle, which is acquired only on Insanity or Hardcore(forgot to change settings).
-EVERYONE survived the SM, all henchmen, all crew members.
-Kasumi kept greybox.
-Saved Samara, has save with Morinth alive so I could use glitch to fully up all powers. Don't know if that'll affect ME3 any, so beware.
-I convinced Garrus to let Sidonis go, if you bother to listen to Galactic news, he turns himself in to C-Sec.
-Of course, I kept Kal'Reegar alive, I'm Shepard.
-Used Paragon option to exculpate Tali.
-Asked Quarians to consider peace, but if you don't know already, they go to war anyway.
-Mordin spared Maelon and kept genophage cure data.
-Rewrote the Heretic Geth, I hear that comes back to bite you in the ass.
-I broke Zaeed's jaw and saved the people in the factory. BS leader got away.
-(Overlord) Extricated David from AI control contraption. Sent him to Grissom's Academy.
-I repeat, EVERYONE survived the SM. NO MAN LEFT BEHIND.
Btw, this is default face Shepard, and I repeat, all Paragon choices, except for a couple of renegade interrupts I couldn't resist, like killing the Eclipse Asari merc on Illium and pushing the other one out the window, awesome actions.
And just in case, I have ALL DLC, and I romanced Jack in this one.

I imported a ME1 game save whose author was named Richard. I used the ME 2 game editor to change his name, the number of mineral supply( I didn't like scanning every single planet, for element zero and other mineral supply).
This is a completionist, NG+ playthrough. All N7 missions, sidequests and DLC are complete. but the galaxy isn't fully explored.
Was pretty Renegade, but chose a couple of Paragon interrupts. Still have very low Paragon and completely full Renegade. Helped everyone I could in the most paragon way possible.
Mass effect one:
Wrex was still alive and leader of the his clan
I met Ashley on Horizon.
Original Council is alive.
Anderson is on the Council.
Recritement/Loyalty missions:
Recruited every ones and did every loyalty mission, including Kasumi and Zaeed
Thane: Shepard kills the hostage, Talid.
Kasumi: destroys the graybox
Samara: chooses Morinth over Samara.
with Legion, destroys the heretic geth.
Tali: saves Kal'Reegar, and on the Flotilla, Shepard convinced the Admirality board to fight with the geth and retake the homeworld.(didn't present the evidence of Tali's father)Tali was not exiled.
Jack: kills Aresh in the Cerberus facility.
Jacob: leaves his father, Ronald, with a half-charged pistol, thus allowing him to kill himself rather than face the crazed crew.
Mordin: kills Maelon, and saves the data to help the krogan cure the Genophage.
Miranda: kills Niket, and is convinced to meet Oriana and her family.
Garrus: kills Sidonis.
Zaeed: kills Vido Santiago and leaves the refinery personnel to die.
Omega relay:
Successfully completed all the loyalty missions before going into the Omega 4 relay.
All the crew survived, including Dr. Chakwas and Kelly.
DLC:
David was given to his brother and Project Overload continued.
Didn't attempt to warn the Batarians before the mass relay exploded, contacted the Normandy.
N7 mission:
Saved the data for ourselves during the Missing Operatives mission.
Saved the colony on the Javelin Missiles Launched mission.
Other Notable Quests:
Killed crime bosses including Helena Blake
Told Conrad to buzz off, which resulted in him not showing up in ME2 (odd, probably a bug)
encountered and talked with the Rachni Queen spokesman on Illium
helped a colonist on Zhu's Hope with a medical contract for the colonists on Zhu's Hope.
Convinced Patriarch to make a last stand with the krogan mercs sent to kill himand die while doing so.
