This is a completionist, NG+ playthrough. All N7 missions, sidequests and DLC are complete
Was pretty Paragon, but chose a couple of Renegade interrupts. Still have very low Renegade and completely full paragon. Helped everyone I could in the most paragon ways possible. Also very faithful to the Alliance and to Kaidan.
-Stayed Faithful to Kaidan, who is alive.
-Wrex is alive.
-Original Council alive
-Anderson is on Council
-Completed Liara's quests.
-Was nice to Conrad again, he's alive.
-Rachini Queen Alive, spoke with the Asari.
-All N7 missions complete
-Sent data to the Alliance in the Missing Operatives N7 Mission
-Got all team members.
-Killed Morinth, kept Samara
-Convinced Garrus to let Sidonus go
-Kal'Reegar is alive.
-Tali was not exiled.
-Encouraged the Quarians to consider cease fire

Omega 4 Relay:
- Rescued every single member of the Normandy's crew.
- Every loyalty mission had been completed (always paragon style), and no companion was lost.
- Destroyed Collector Base.

- Went to every single planet, and collected a ridiculous amount of mineral resources.

Diana Shepard (female Infiltrator->Operative->Assassin, sniper-specialized with M-98 Widow)
Alignment: Paragade. Mostly Paragon, but took tactically relevant Renegade interrupts such as "You talk too much", a few Renegade dialog in the event I decided she was really pissed off (TIM knowing the Collector cruiser was playing possum and not telling us), and the occasional Renegade interrupts that I thought were funny, like "Bet mine's bigger". I ended up with full Paragon bar and about 1/4 to 1/3 Renegade bar. I rationalized working for Cerberus as a necessary evil with the assumption that I would break off the relationship the moment I felt Cerberus was no longer acting in the best interests of Citadel space.
ME1 PLAY
-- Romanced Lt. Alenko in ME1, toyed with romancing Jacob in ME2 but broke it off
-- Kaidan lived
-- Wrex lived
-- original Council survived
-- Anderson is on council, because Udina was a serially obstructionist asshole.
-- Completed all assignments and sidequests with Paragon result (made Khalisah al-Jilani look like a babbling idiot, rescued the biotic terrorists' hostages, etc.)
