This is a modified female Shepard that enables you to romance Ashley in ME3.
It is a complete playthrough in both ME1 that romanced Ashley and complete ME2 that romanced Kelly. In ME3 some of the romance dialouge will be silent with lip sync only and on rare occasions you'll hear male Shepard's voice (only 2 or 3 lines if I remember).
She has unique "Cyberbabe" hair.
Info that is imported to ME3:
Killed the Rachni queen.
Ashley is alive.
Saved the council.
Saved Maelon's data.
Wrex is alive.
Re-wrote the geth heretics.
Collector base turned over to Cerberus.
Suicide mission - all 12 members alive and loyal. (including Kasumi and Zaeed)
Romanced Ashley in ME1.
Romanced Kelly in ME2.
Did not finish Conrad Verner in ME2 (but did finish in ME1) so he won't be in ME3 unless you go back and finish it in ME2 then use that save.
Did not do any DLC other than Kasumi and Zaeed.
